​The memory...  I tried for days to come up with just one and realized it was impossible.  I waited for just one to stand out but it was like a movie trailer or more accurately like ESPN Sports Center and the highlights played over and over.  The first day my oldest daughter stepped onto a stage and began to sing “The Hills are Alive” from the Sound of Music brought tears to my eyes, seeing my middle daughter finally score her first goal in soccer (she was so excited even the other team cheered), being there when my husband was awarded high school coach of the year for the State of Nevada after his 5th state championships and seeing my sons face light up as he took off down the hill on his first ski run.

The hobby...  Spending time with my family.  Mountain biking, paddle boarding, skiing, sitting in a theatre or on the edge of a soccer field fills any free time I can find.

The time of day... Admittedly not a morning person, it would have to be sunset. I am convinced that Tahoe has some of the most amazing sunsets in the world. There is just something so serene about watching a sunset light up the sky and then fade away.  It is a great time to reflect on the day and look forward to what is to come.

The song... That’s a toss up between any U2 song, “With or Without You” or “One” would probably top the list, or “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong.

The TV show...  I don’t watch much TV but would have to admit to a recent binge session of Arrow with my kids that filled in a few weekends this winter while we were waiting for it to snow.

The color... Black and White, my 11 year old tells me all the time that I need to “expand my color box”.

The vice... That would be my coffee, I think I mentioned the non-morning person issue so a good cup of coffee goes a long way in my house.

The necessity... My work out. If I can’t get outside then it’s usually an Insanity video.  In my life that already seems a little insane, my Insanity workout is a welcomed bit of normalcy.

The friend... I am lucky, that my best friend is also my business partner Rhea.  While we may be quite the opposite in many ways we seem to balance each other out.  Luckily our work ethic is a shared value and when it’s time to work we roll up our sleeves and get it done. We have shared many adventures and she is more like family after all these years.

The treat... Snickers would be my go to for a treat. I remember sneaking into my dad’s fire pack as a kid to find them.

The movie... Currently that would be The Intern however the life long favourites would be Braveheart, My Fair Lady and The Godfather. A bit all over the page I know.

The piece of advice... If you’re going to do something do it right, no shortcuts and don’t take the easy way out.

The vacation... I love to travel…. Anywhere.  I have had a few amazing trips to Hawaii with my husband and my kids and have realized that if there is warm water, snorkelling and a sunset I can be happy anywhere.
