Travel Management
Whether you need to move 20, 200, 2,000 or 20,000 guests, Destination St. Louis has the expertise necessary to make your transportation services in St. Louis run smoothly. Our company can provide a wide range of transportation services ranging from airport meet & greet and departure services to multi-route shuttle systems and everything in between.
We vet our suppliers and choose to work only with highest quality vendors who have a proven track record of safety and customer service. Our transportation services in St. Louis and elsewhere have won multiple industry awards.
Carbon Neutral Shuttles
Destination St. Louis is proud to provide carbon neutral shuttles for our clients. Fuel consumption will be calculated for each shuttle and an appropriate amount of carbon off-sets (re-forestation, renewable energy credits or energy efficiency) may be selected by the client. We are proud to partner with Carbonfund.org to administer the off-sets.
Additionally, our motorcoach affiliates have many "green" policies in place. They currently recycle all used oil, batteries, tires, antifreeze and transmission fluid. Our transportation companies also use low-volume water sprayers and environmentally-friendly detergents to clean their vehicles.

Angie Weigel
With 30 years in the hospitality industry, Angie brings her expertise to the day to day management of Destination St. Louis. She joined the company as a Program Coordinator in 1999 and worked her way up to President in 2016. In January 2018, Angie became the second owner when she purchased the company from original owner & founder Julie Greenspoon....

Robotics Championship Finale
Our team produced a Finale event for over 10,000 attendees of the first Robotics Championship week. Hosted at the St. Louis Science Center, the event featured multiple floors of activities for attendees including a Talent Show, Glow Dance Lounge, oxygen bars, glow in the dark tattoos, 3D photo stations and more.
With Mother Nature throwing us curve balls, we worked hand in hand with our partners to pull off an epic night under the stars capped off by fireworks filling the sky!
Congratulations and THANK YOU! WOW—you have raised the bar for future 'Classics' to come. Everything was absolutely beautiful and so well laid out. The VIP party was truly VIP and you could feel it. From all indications, this was the BEST Classic to date and THE BEST ASAE event to date.
