We support conservation projects such as rural development programs, sea turtle nest protection and community education programs. We involve local communities and incorporate cultural traditions to the events we plan, as well as get the ingredients for the food from local farmers, and work with hotels, transportation and service providers who also implement sustainable practices in their respective businesses, ranging from recycling to generating their own electricity, from tracking their water usage to supporting nature conservancy initiatives.
Site inspections
We know that when planning an event for a corporate incentive trip, one of the most important factors is location. As professional incentive travel planners, we take it upon ourselves to personally get out there and conduct site inspections for potential venues our clients show interest in, as well as for venues already chosen, and make sure the sites have everything needed for the event and fulfill all of our client’s requirements.
After all, there are many factors to consider when deciding on a venue for an event; geographical positioning and proximity, on-site parking, guest capacity, space and equipment availability, electrical wiring, piping system, and hygiene conditions – it’s endless, and we got it!

Mauricio Arevalo, widely known as an ambassador of culture and tradition, has always been passionate about his home country, Costa Rica, dating back to when he was a university student. After having studied Hospitality Management, he started off his career at Cunard Cruise Lines as a tour guide aboard the Queen Elizabeth II. Thanks to this first gig, he was given the invaluable opportunity to travel extensively around the country, and got to learn all about its culture, traditions and history.
