Nadi Shodhana - Technique 1

For some of us, working from home may be a big adjustment. For others, working from home may not be new but maybe now you are sharing limited home office space with a partner or balancing work with taking care of the needs of housebound kids.

Whatever your particular situation, the past number of months have likely involved a lot of reacting, pivoting  and simply trying to make it through the day.  But it’s never been more important than in these uncertain times to take care of ourselves, so we can – in turn – take care of each other.

This month Karen Brar from Nourished Union walks us through Technique 1 of Nadi Shodhana'.  In Sanskrit Nadi means 'channel' and Shodhana means 'purification' so the purpose of this technique is to purify and cleanse the physical and spiritual channels.
