St. Patrick’s Day Juicing

Okay Okay, I know we are only in February, but I’m Irish so I’m allowed to get excited early – St. Patricks Day will be upon us next month!
Here’s my ultimate green dream juice for the mornings – all you need is a NutriBullet or similar, and you are good to go!
Happy Juicing Everyone!
Ingredients:
1 x apple
1/3 x cucumber
½ x lime (freshly squeezed)
1 x handful fresh spinach
A couple of ice-cubes
Method:
Chop up your apple and cucumber, squeeze your lime, throw in your spinach, ice cubes and blitz for 15 – 20 seconds!
(For extra Irish-ness, enjoy in a Guinness glass)

As drinking isn't really my scene (and given that I am heavily pregnant with baby number 2!) I won’t be partaking in any pub shenanigans next month, but I still want to celebrate all things Irish! Most mornings I make myself and my Husband a green juice, it’s a great accompaniment to your breakfast meal, a wonderful way to start the day and a great way to get your greens in ☺.
